​You learned the whole job by the age of six. I've sat through planning meetings that needed a glossary. The funny thing is, the actual logic of delivering events is as simple as the playground.

The paperwork matters. But if your team can't say the plan out loud in one playground sentence, they don't understand it yet. Plain words first. Then the paperwork.
