The largest individual ballroom section, Cotton Mill works well for meetings, banquets, receptions, training programs and events that don't require the full Lakeway Ballroom.

Black and gold color scheme set up for a formal dinner. Decorated with tall floral centerpieces and small wrapped favors in a quarter of the ballroom.

MOCKING BIRD ROOM

A flexible space for meetings, breakouts, smaller gatherings and event functions. Use it independently or combine it with Iris to create Lakeway South.

FIRESIDE CONCOURSE

Warm, welcoming and anything but ordinary.

A spacious lounge area with beige armchairs and a round wooden coffee table. The room features a double-sided fireplace, several wall-mounted TVs, and tables with dark blue tablecloths. Large windows along one wall let in natural light.

Pre-event space called the Fireside Concourse features a double-sided fireplace, large windows, wood flooring, and modern furniture, decorated for a gathering or celebration.

With its double-sided fireplace and two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, the Fireside Concourse offers a distinctive setting with a completely different feel from the ballroom.

Use it for receptions, cocktail hours, registration, networking, intimate gatherings or as an additional space supporting a larger event elsewhere in The Venue.
