ALLISON SOUSA, MBA

Allison has led The Venue at Lenoir City since before its doors opened in 2016, helping shape everything from operations and policies to marketing, staffing and the guest experience.

With a background spanning hospitality management, marketing and public relations, economic development and nonprofit leadership, she brings decades of community and business experience to The Venue. Allison holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Belmont University and an MBA from Baylor University.

For Allison, The Venue represents the culmination of years spent working to strengthen Loudon County and create meaningful experiences for the people and organizations that call the region home.

MANDIE COX, MBA

Private Events Manager & Wedding Specialist

Mandie joined The Venue’s management team in 2024, bringing experience in customer service, community engagement, large-scale special events and the wedding industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Communications and an MBA from Tennessee Wesleyan University.

Her combination of event experience, creativity and relationship-building makes her especially well suited to helping clients turn their ideas into memorable celebrations.

Leah began at The Venue as a hospitality intern in 2021, gaining hands-on experience in nearly every event-floor role before joining the management team. She holds a degree in Business Hospitality Management from Pellissippi State Community College.

A Loudon County native, Leah brings strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills—along with firsthand knowledge of what it takes to execute events successfully.
