PREFERRED CATERERS

While outside caterers are welcomed, use of a Preferred Caterer waives the kitchen rental for the client and saves the client a caterer buy-out fee.  It also relieves the client of the responsibility of ensuring the proper licensing, permitting, etc. paperwork is gathered and submitted to The Venue.
